Project Overview

Aimed to develop an intelligent wearable sweat sensor capable of simultaneously monitoring glucose and cortisol levels to assess circadian health and guide dietary adjustments in astronauts. Circadian rhythm disruptions and nutritional imbalances are major health concerns during long-duration space missions, affecting metabolic function, stress response, and overall performance. Traditional biomarker monitoring is invasive and impractical in space; hence, sweat-based biosensing offers a non- invasive, real-time alternative.
